🔎 Role Overview

You'll help us build a production-grade SaaS platform with modern web technologies, AI integration, and future expansion into mobile apps. The ideal candidate knows how to leverage AI-assisted tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Bolt, or similar) to accelerate development instead of coding everything manually.

⚙️ Responsibilities

  • • Build responsive front-end UIs using Next.js / React / Tailwind.
  • • Develop secure and scalable back-end APIs with Node.js / Express.
  • • Work with Supabase (Postgres): schema design, RLS, security policies, storage rules.
  • • Architect and maintain 3-tier production systems (frontend, backend, database).
  • • Write TypeScript-first code across the stack.
  • • Deploy and manage applications on AWS / GCP / Azure.
  • • Implement version control (Git/GitHub), branching, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • • Add testing coverage (unit, integration, and E2E).
  • • Ensure observability with error monitoring (Sentry) and metrics (Grafana/Prometheus).
  • • Enforce security, privacy, and compliance (GDPR / Swiss nFADP, PII handling).
  • • Integrate AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, LangChain, embeddings/pgvector in Supabase).
  • • Build mobile-ready applications (PWA now; React Native / Expo later).

🎯 Required Skills

  • • 2–5 years of full-stack development experience.
  • • Strong in React/Next.js (frontend) and Node.js (backend).
  • • Proven experience with Supabase (Postgres) or equivalent cloud-native DBs.
  • • Hands-on with TypeScript across frontend/backend.
  • • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • • Skilled at using AI coding tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Bolt or similar).
  • • Familiarity with DevOps & CI/CD pipelines.
  • • Solid understanding of authentication, encryption, secure coding.
  • • Experience in mobile-first responsive design.

⭐ Nice-to-Have

  • • Experience with React Native or Flutter for mobile apps.
  • • Knowledge of Python/FastAPI for AI/ML microservices.
  • • Background in personal finance / SaaS / fintech.
  • • Experience with data visualization (Recharts, ECharts, Plotly).
  • • Multi-currency, multi-language (i18n) applications.
  • • Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes for containerization.
  • • Knowledge of feature flags, migrations, edge caching/CDN.
